Empower build grow was founded to support individuals facing life’s toughest challenges. We believe healing starts with stability, compassion, and intentional care.
We serve people living with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), helping reduce risks like homelessness, crisis episodes, and chemical dependency.
Our mission is to offer a safe, structured home where individuals can receive steady support, build skills, and reclaim their independence. We focus on progress over perfection—walking alongside each person as they grow.
More than just services, we build relationships—collaborating with families, case managers, and communities to create a circle of trust that drives lasting change.
