Empower Build Grow is actively working to acquire land and develop small, high-quality homes that provide affordable housing and support services for seniors. 

Our plan includes purchasing or leasing land in strategic communities and partnering with local contractors to build energy-efficient, single-level homes designed for comfort, safety, and accessibility. 

These homes will serve individuals on waiver programs as well as private-pay clients, offering a dignified, supportive living environment. By creating clusters of small homes rather than large facilities, we promote independence while ensuring 24/7 care and supervision is always within reach.
